Our Gourmet Nut Cake is a family recipe handed down since 1943, a traditional Christmas cake that can now be enjoyed throughout the year. These can be served for breakfast with coffee, as a snack or an after dinner dessert.

Our signature cake is made like my mother and grandmother made it with raisins, but it was called a Victory Fruit Cake, due to the victory of WWII. Since this is not the fruit cake that we know today, we changed the name to a Nut Cake. We have introduced newer versions which are the white chocolate and cranberries and toffee with milk chocolate pieces, which received an overwhelming response; therefore, we decided to produce and offer these too.

Our product is shipped to you fresh and has a shelf life of two weeks at room temperature. It will last even longer if refrigerated. Our Nut Cake can also be frozen for up to six months. Completely thaw and it's ready to eat. The cakes are shipped in reusable Silver or Christmas tins.
